Day 6 SimCity. Locked out my city.

I am unable to perform my mayor-ly duties lately.

I just hope my poor Sims have recovered from:

1. The nuclear meltdown
2. Sewage overrun
3. Tornado disaster

Don't cry for me, dear Sims.
